Our vendor management process is facilitated by Innoven Consulting, on behalf of RBPlat.
In order to become a vendor to RBPlat, all vendors are required to adhere to the vendor adoption process.
This process consists of the following steps:
- Registration either on-line or at the offices of Innoven Consulting
- The RBPlat vendor application questionnaire needs to be completed and sent to Innoven Consulting either by courier, mail or hand delivered at the address listed below:

- Innoven Consulting conducts a vendor assessment and evaluation on each vendor, which includes Mining Charter verification, security screening and governance compliance.
When the need arises to use a potential vendor for any procurement process (for example a tender or daily buying), RBPlat’s internal vendor management personnel will complete the necessary internal documents to activate and load the vendor on the SAP system. The vendor will then be notified in writing and will receive a reference number which serves as a vendor number.
